Royal Mail Special Delivery
Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day
1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Usually takes between 1 and 3 days, sometimes longer
Free for orders over £100 and for Privilege Card holders.
Both services require a signature (please consider this if you’re going to be out when the Postman calls)
Using Royal Mail’s International Signed For service, we’re able to send your order to anywhere in the world.
The following charges apply: Europe, US & Rest of World – £18.
Delivery times can vary depending on the country, but generally we say to allow between 7 and 10 days.
RETURNING ITEMS BY 1ST CLASS POST WITHIN THE UK IS FREE
Our two greatest loves are our jewellery and our customers, and we won’t be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.
We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery, but with exchanged items, we will send these back to you without charging you any further postage within the UK. For items exchanged more than once, we will charge the relevant postage costs.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASES FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN THE UK
Simply use the Standard 1st Class Royal Mail pre-paid sticky address label provided, attach this to your parcel and take along to your local Post Office. Remember to complete the Returns Form that you’ll receive with your order, and enclose with the item you wish to return. We can only accept returned goods that arrive in perfect condition, in the same packaging, with all security tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.
Regrettably we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us, so you may wish to return your items via Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” which will cost you in the region of £1 depending on the size and weight of your item. Recorded Delivery does not allow you to claim for jewellery, but does allow you to claim for all other items up to £30, in the event of loss or damage. If you would like full insurance of your returned item, you may wish to use Royal Mail “Special Delivery” which could cost you in the region of £7 depending on the size and weight of your item. This allows you to claim for items including jewellery up to £500 in the event of loss or damage.
You can expect your refund or exchange to be administered within 3 days of receipt.
For international customers, regrettably we cannot offer a free returns service.
We are unable to extend our returns policy for individually commissioned pieces of jewellery, or rings or any item of jewellery made-to-order.

If you change your mind about your purchase, Element are happy to offer an exchange or credit note with 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
