Element rings are all sized using the standard British system, using the letters A – Z. An average finger size for a woman is an M; for a man it’s an S.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we can provide a free rinky dinky ring sizing belt. This comes with a ring sizing guide to help you get a little closer to the perfect fit.

If you are in love with your Element ring and it just doesn’t fit then in most cases a ring can be exchanged for a different size.

If we don’t have your size in stock, some rings can be resized up or down a couple of sizes for a fee of between £15 and £25.

Orders received before 3pm are despatched the same day. Weekend orders are despatched on Monday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day - £7.50

1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days - £3.50

Royal Mail International Signed For Between 4 - 8 days. US - £12; Europe - £10; Rest of World - £15.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £100 and Privilege Card Holders

All services require a signature (please consider this if you’re going to be out when the Postman calls)

Our two greatest loves are our jewellery and our customers, and we won’t be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

Returning items by 1st Class Post is free! We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery. With exchanged items, we will send these back to you without charging you any further postage.

Regrettably we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us, so you may wish to return your items via Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” (cost to you about £1) or “Special Delivery” (cost about £5 and allows you to claim for items including jewellery up to £500 in the event of loss or damage)
