Your choice of necklace length depends on the look you’re trying to create as well as how it will fit.

An average 16” or 45cm necklace would typically fall to just below the collar bone on a size 12-14 woman of 5’ 5” height.

The same length necklace would fall differently on someone of a different build and height.

We may be able to extend or shorten some necklaces for a small charge. For an idea of the length that works best for you, measure one of your own necklaces, or use a piece of string!

Orders received before 3pm are despatched the same day. Weekend orders are despatched on Monday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day - £7.50

1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days - £3.50

Royal Mail International Signed For Between 4 - 8 days. US - £12; Europe - £10; Rest of World - £15.

Returning items by 1st Class Post is free! We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery. With exchanged items, we will send these back to you without charging you any further postage.

Regrettably we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us, so you may wish to return your items via Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” (cost to you about £1) or “Special Delivery” (cost about £5 and allows you to claim for items including jewellery up to £500 in the event of loss or damage)
