All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day, after 3pm your order will be despatched the following day. All orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Usually takes between 1 and 3 days, sometimes longer

Free for orders over £100 and for Privilege Card holders.
Both services require a signature (please consider this if you’re going to be out when the Postman calls)
International delivery:
Using Royal Mail's International Signed For service, we’re able to send your order to anywhere in the world. The following charges apply: US - 12GBP; Europe - 10GBP; Rest of World - 15GBP. Delivery times can vary depending on the country, but generally we say to allow between 7 and 10 days.

By opting to receive your jewellery in a coveted Element Jewellery eco-pouch - made from 100% pure wool felt, bio-degradable and sustainable – you’ll know that your Element jewellery and the environment will be protected.
You’ll have the option to include a gift card and a personal hand written message. You can also have your gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address.
