Element Jewellery is proud to be at the heart of Hebden Bridge

Proud to call home, you’ll find Element Jewellery at the heart of Hebden Bridge, a beautiful and quirky Pennine market town in West Yorkshire. Use the definitive guide to Hebden Bridge by Element Jewellery carefully, as you may want to stay in this hip rural town forever!

Home to Element Jewellery, Hebden Bridge has cool liberal credentials and is stacked with organic cafes, excellent independent boutiques, and tons to see and do. But don’t just take our word for it; a survey by the New Economics Foundation championed Hebden Bridge as having the best range of locally-owned shops in the UK.

In April 2005, Element Jewellery was delighted that Hebden Bridge was declared the fourth funkiest place in the World by British Airways’ Highlife Magazine; claiming it to be "modern and stylish in an unconventional way".

Easter is about more than chocolate in Hebden Bridge says Element Jewellery

The traditional Pace Egg Plays are an annual Easter event, taking you around Hebden Bridge and up to Heptonstall. Element Jewellery urge you to remember your tickets for the much loved Duck Race!

Enjoy Elevenses at the Hebden Bridge Picture House
Hebden Bridge Picture House is one of the last remaining civic owned cinemas in Britain. Amazingly it can seat almost 500 people, making it one of the largest film theatres outside of the big city-centre chain cinemas. It opened in 1928 and Element Jewellery recommends going on a Thursday for Elevenses to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of tea whilst watching a fantastic thought-provoking film.

Element Jewellery loves walking in Hebden Bridge
Take in scenery of Hebden Bridge from the undeniably beautiful tops of the Pennines, or amble along the valley bottom in breathtaking Hardcastle Craggs. Element Jewellery’s favourite stomps include a two-and-a-half-hour march up to Stoodley Pike, and a delightful hillside forest walk through Colden Clough to Jack's Bridge.

Element Jewellery have tried and tested Hebden Bridges best coffee shops
It goes without saying the quality comes first, along with a good strong coffee. Competition is stiff in Hebden Bridge, but our favourite hot chocolate is served at Squeeze, and Organic House across the road from Element Jewellery takes its time to serve the best coffee. Cake is optional, and best bought from Waites Bakers in the market square.

Element Jewellery’s favourite place to dine, Moyles Restaurant and Hotel
For a boutique hotel experience in Hebden Bridge and food by Michelin Star chef, Element Jewellery recommend Moyles. You really can’t go wrong whether you’re popping in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Christmas Carols in Hebden Bridge Square
Element Jewellery like to join in the festivities and after a busy Christmas Eve in the shop, we love to join the crowds in the Square and sing along to some classic carols. Brollies are advised!
