I was in the very fortunate position of having three diamonds, set in three different rings, that my husband had bought me over the years. Having stumbled upon the bespoke page of the element website, I was struck by the idea that it would be lovely to have them made into one ring for my 40th birthday.
Nick and Caroline could not have been more helpful and seemed genuinely keen to create a unique piece. We shared ideas on style and feel and then left Nick to consider the design. Three weeks later, he showed us two possible designs, both intriguing, but one that we were both immediately delighted by.
We comissioned the ring and waited excitedly for it to be made. The finished piece is absolutely beautiful, better than we could have hoped. I can't stop admiring it and many people have commented on my new stunning piece of jewellery! It was also lovely to find two people in Nick and Caroline who worked so hard to deliver such a personal service.'

We wanted unique and personal, something that reflected our personality and feeling. You got it spot on. Having a ring designed especially for us does add to the romance of the occasion. We enjoy the comments Jenny has got from friends and family about it.The whole process of the discussion, design, making and buying was second to none. To sit down and be able to describe the kind of ring we were looking for, thoughts and ideas, and to discuss the details, fine points and drawings with the actual designer was a great experience. I would just like to thank Caroline & yourself, for a lovely weekend. I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman whilst I was shopping, the hotel was lovely & the food fabulous, the staff in both Helen Gratton & Harold Crabtree made me feel so welcome & helped enormously & then of course the icing on the cake, the ring & meeting you both, thank you so much. Little did I think when I sent the email that I would win & that it would result in such a wonderful weekend. Hebden Bridge is a pretty & friendly town & I am so glad I had the opportunity to visit. I would certainly consider coming back & exploring more of area.
