We provide some basic information about the dimensions of each piece of Element jewellery.

It sounds obvious, but it's a good idea to check that the dimensions we have given will be suitable for the shape and size of your neck, wrist, and fingers!

If you would prefer to try a piece of jewellery before you commit to keeping it, we are happy for you to purchase a piece, try it on at home, and return it to us within 14 days if you feel it's not right for you. See our returns info for more info.

Everybody's different and whatever size you are we'll be able to assist in finding the perfect piece of jewellery for you. See our comprehensive information about ring sizing.

Orders received before 3pm are despatched the same day. Weekend orders are despatched on Monday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day - £7.50

1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days - £3.50

Royal Mail International Signed For Between 4 - 8 days. US - £12; Europe - £10; Rest of World - £15.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £100 and Privilege Card Holders

All services require a signature (please consider this if you’re going to be out when the Postman calls)

Our two greatest loves are our jewellery and our customers, and we won’t be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

Returning items by 1st Class Post is free! We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery. With exchanged items, we will send these back to you without charging you any further postage.

Regrettably we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us, so you may wish to return your items via Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” (cost to you about £1) or “Special Delivery” (cost about £5 and allows you to claim for items including jewellery up to £500 in the event of loss or damage)
